It is probably one of the best hotels in Geneva. The staff is polite and very helpful, everything is clean, there is a great view on the city and the breakfasts are the best ones I ever had in a hotel. Everything you need is available, including even a separate dog menu!

The staff, the athmosphere, the pictures on the walls, the flowers in the entrance area, the different restaurant facilities inside and outside, the renovation of the west wing only during the day, the silence in the 4.th floor.

Location is excellent with staff being very polite and attentive to ones needs . Excellent communication . My son dropped my credit card in cafe lobby and I was immediately contacted by concierge that the card was found Good value compared to nearby luxury competitors . Cafe and Restaurant are a up to standards for a luxury hotel. Most discerning guests should be happy with hotel .

The hotel location and facilities were outstanding . The staff were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . The room and bathroom were well decorated and had all the amenities required .

Location was great. Arrived in the evening and left early the next morning for the airport, so didn't spend much time at the hotel. That said, staff was friendly, the building lobby was beautiful, and the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

It is a hotel, a museum and a royal empire at the same time. All the hotel facilities are very valuable artifacts. The breakfast was very special and the staff were very friendly. One of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world.

loved everything. I had an issue with my booking as I did a non refundable booking for the wrong dates but they were kind enough to not only point that out but also solve my problem. everyone goes above and beyond to provide the best service. great location, food and vibe
